So you've found the extras page and your wondering what its all about. Well the lads do little extra things from time to time, like BBQ's, snowboarding and days of golf. So we thought it would be great if they had there own special page.

Scottish Lads Drinks Page

If you dont already know the Scottish Lads like a good drink, and over the years we've developed a taste for quite a few, below are just a few of them. So if you see us out and about, you'll know what to buy us.
Also at the bottom theres a few drinking games and things that we get upto at the bar.

Vouboo

Ok first things first, we must apologize to any bar staff that we've shouted "10 vouboo please" too. Vouboo came about because we tend to get too drunk to say two words together without having to repeat the first words about 5 times. So we came up for vouboo, you'll know it as Vodka & Red Bull.

Jaboo

This is another simple drink and it tends to come out at house partys or BBQ's, after all i think we would get some strange looks if we asked for this at the bar. Jaboo is just half a glass of Jack Daniel's and the other half of Red Bull.

Evboo

Right we have to point out that this only ever happens maybe once a year at the most, at it mostly involves tweedy. Basically you take a nice tall glass.....a pint glass will do. Find all the bottles of Vodka, Jack Daniel's, Sambuca and anything else that you can find. Pour a good measure of each into the glass and top it off with Red Bull (you might have guessed that we like Red Bull), then find some vitamin tablets or pills and plop a few of them into the drink, mix it up and enjoy.

Fruboo

This is a great holiday drink and is perfect for those long hot summer BBQ's. Firstly preparation is the key here, take a good number of Red Bull cans and put them in the freezer for at least 12-24hours. After that its pretty much like a Vouboo, fill up half of the glass with Vodka then cut open the Red Bull can. You should find that its like slush, put some into the glass and give it a mix. There you have a FruBoo, frozen Red Bull and Vodka.

Jack and Coke

This is a must during any night out, if you need us to tell you what it is then you really need a slap

Drinking Games and Bar Fun

Ok so we thought we would share some drinking games and things we get upto at the bar. Most of these you'll have heard of already but its always fun to share.

Shot a minute

Ok this is a drinking game that take 1hour to play, thats 60 whole minutes and you've guessed it 60 shots.
What you'll need is about 2 shot glasses per person, if you dont have enough for two thats fine just make sure everyone only has one so its fair. Plenty of drink in the fridge, its better fun to keep the drink in the fridge rather that beside you (you'll see why later). And of course you'll need a large clock, or what we use it the time on teletext.
Rules:
1. You must take a shot every minute on the minute (10 second grace period only).
2. If you miss a shot, you must take two shots before the next minute comes around.
3. No stopping the clock for anything, that means no toilet breaks or beer runs.

So as you can see, its a simple drinking game which can be really fun. Just make sure everyone follows the rules and see whos the first to run to the toilet.

Dice Game

Another simple game, all you'll need is plenty of drink and one dice.
Number everyone 1-6, if theres more than 6 people just keep going so for example 1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3 ..... you get the idea.
Now all you need to do is roll the dice, what ever number comes up that person with the number takes a drink.....and make sure they take a large drink. Great fun and fast to play.

Bar Frenzy

This isn't really a drinking game its just something to do while your in the pub/club.
Everyone heads to the bar at the same time and buys a round, so if theres 5 of you out then you'll have 5 drinks infront of you. Make sure theres a few shots involved and get drinking, the faster the better.

To make it more interesting the last person to finish all their drinks has to have a double Sambuca.

Water Trick

This one is great if your trying to just get one of your mates plastered, what you do is buy one shot of Sambuca and the rest of the shots are water.
Make sure your mate gets the Sambuca and everyone else gets a water, remember and pull a face.
