Meet the Maniacs

We know you all like to know whos who on Scottish Lads, so we've put together this page to give you a brief idea of what each of us are like and some general info.

Peter (AKA Aitch, Wee Pete, AC Slater)

General Info: 26 years old, 5”10’ tall and dark hair/
Pulls many a strange face and loves to snake hip himself up next to many a strange bird too.
Where you’re likely to bump into this maniac: Try Lothian Road in Edinburgh first, if he's not there then you'll either find him in bed or at football.
Likes: Pretty much every alcoholic drink going and his bed.....ask him to show you the photo of it on his phone.
Dislikes: He likes everything, well at least thats what he'll tell you.
Most embarrassing moment: No Comment

 

Peter M (AKA Pan, Pan Pus, Pan thang, chewy, Big Pete)

General Info: 27 years old, 6”6’ tall and dark hair.
Is often heard to be saying he'll be having an early night but more than likely you'll find him in a taxi rank or wondering aimlessly at 4 in the morning with work starting at 9am.
Where you’re likely to bump into this maniac: Where you’re likely to bump into this maniac:   Your more than likely to bump into Pan in the local, pubs and clubs around Edinburgh and more recently the GYM. It won't last!!
Likes:Jack, Jim, Bunda all mixed with coke sometimes not that you'd tell. Beer, lager, blondes, brunettes, red heads......basically any female….big women, small women , fat women , thin women , chinese , asians , africans.
Dislikes:Don't think there's anything ... maybe neds !!
Most embarrassing moment:Waking up next to a killer whale and not being able to deny it because every person in the hotel had taken a photo.

 

Keith (AKA Buc, Wee fat Buc, Chunk)

General Info:26 years old, 5”9’ tall and dark hair
Has this amazing ability to get drunk on two pints, then continue to drink all night but without a sign of a hangover the next morning.
Where you’re likely to bump into this maniac: Either in his many houses, gym or on a pub floor. Can be found working in various cities around Britain but will never answer any of his phones.
Likes: Anything with alcohol in it but goes a bit mental with spirits. Going to the gym, I’m sure he really lives there.
Dislikes: Pretty much an easy going guy, unless you mention his sister.

Craig (AKA Roy (Rob Roy), Cairns, CC)

General Info: 26 years old, 6"1' tall, dark hair.
Is known to drink to excess so tends to forget things by the next morning. Has a bad habit of telling you he loves you after a few drinks.
Where you’re likely to bump into this maniac: Your more than likely to bump into Craig around clubs and pubs before midnight but tends to be flung out before the night is over. You can catch him wandering about at work but there’s no chance of getting much sense out of him until after 10:30am.
Likes:Hearts, football, Jack Daniel’s & Coke (or Jack straight up if we’ve finished the coke), pints of lager or beer (even if there’s fag ends and salsa floating in it).
Dislikes:The pub landlord shouting last orders, getting flung out of clubs and his work mates finding out. Running out of Jack, black eyes and Hibs
Most embarrassing moment:Lying on Lothian road knocked out and waking up to find a crowd of 50 people standing round him pointing.

 

Gordon (AKA G or Duncan Goodhew)

General Info: 25 years old, 5"8' tall, no hair
Like Craig he loves to drink everything at the bar, infact he's been told to phone ahead so the landlord can order extra.
Where you’re likely to bump into this maniac: Subway, he moved in when he turned 18
Likes:Whiskey and beer.....he's temped now and again with a Vodka Redbull but tends to stick with the whiskey
Dislikes:The pub landlord telling him he'll need to change the keg before he'll get another pint.
Most embarrassing moment: No Comment

 

Niall (AKA Spock)

General Info: 27 years old, 5”10’ tall and dark hair.
s best known for cutting the grass and shovelling snow around car parks.
Where you’re likely to bump into this maniac: Can be found in pubs and club dodging his round, but this tends to work out to his own disadvantage when we get him to the bar and order drinks for everyone in sight. If he's not out then have a look in your local parks and gardens cutting grass and picking up leaves.
Likes: Cutting grass and picking up leaves, dodging his round and drinking everyone else’s drinks. Niall likes to add up his share when out for a meal and not paying anything extra.
Dislikes: Spending £20 when it’s his round in the pub.
Most embarrassing moment: No Comment

 

Scott (AKA Thomo, Thomohawk, Thawk & OAP)

General Info: 42 years old, 5”9’ tall and dark hair.
Grows his hair until he has to start tucking it behind his ears.
Where you’re likely to bump into this maniac: Well he's sold his car so you might find him on the bus, but apart from that you'll find him chasing Spock to get him to buy his round.
Likes:Drinking and random nights out with the lads, loves getting involved with the banter. He also loves to give Pan lap dances.
Dislikes:Spock not getting a round in and hates his brittle bones.
Most embarrassing moment: No Comment

 

Neil (AKA Tweedy, Tweedstar, Silverfox, Old Man)

General Info: 26 years old, 5”9’ tall and dark/grey hair.
Known for mad drunken nights out and drinking the tap water while on holiday. 
Where you’re likely to bump into this maniac: Either in bed sleeping, its all the guy does or hiding the used tissues down the back of his bed. Loves to spend as often as possible in the pub or a club.
Likes: Anything with alcohol in it and wont refuse a drink if you offer it, loves going on holiday and tends to get over excited as soon as the word is mentioned.
Dislikes: Another easy going guy but doesn’t like being skint.
Most embarrassing moment:The guys stealing his house keys, breaking into his house to make some lunch and re-arrange his room, finding used tissues, rags, socks, boxers, t-shirts and hand cream stuck together down the side of his bed.
